We often struggle to get the proper amount of vegetables in our diet, yet vegetables are an important part of our diet. Here are seven ways to trick yourself into eating vegetables every day, whether you don’t know how to eat them or you don’t even like them.
1. Make spaghetti or pizza with them
You can add carrots, celery, and mushrooms to your spaghetti sauce if you wish. Their flavors will blend nicely, and spaghetti will cover up their taste. You can also use this trick for pizza. Consider adding tomatoes, green peppers, and mushrooms to your pizza. Your pizza will be spiced up with some flavour from these delicious toppings!
2. Drink your vegetables
To juice tasty vegetables, try juicing a combination of vegetables that you like. In case you don’t like juicing, you can blend your vegetables with a blender. A few pieces of spinach or kale can be added to a smoothie or protein shake as a snack.
